REBUTTAL

2. Misunderstanding
*people always misunderstood or misinterpret each other because they think that their notion is better than the other one so this end up in a debate

REBUTTAL: Some people don’t develop their so called “understanding skill”. Some people need to develop understandable ideas, since debate will exposes you to a wide variety of topics and looks at the most important aspects of each one. If you're asked to debate a topic which you know very little, by the end of the round you'll find that you’ve dramatically expanded your ideas in the most understandable way. Some ideas which are not yet fully developed can cause misunderstanding and can mislead both of the parties and the audiences.

5. Enhance Logical/critical thinking
* this is for the people to think concretely in a sensible manner and in a clearer aspect

REBUTTAL: some debaters doesn’t know how to develop their critical thinking in the most logical way, it’s either they were not yet ready to give their proposition, lack of focus or plagiarized their ideas from other sources, either way, it will not persuade other people to see your point of view.

6. Practice argumentation
* to let know the people the positive and negative side about the issue. And the side who has a more rational thought based on facts.

REBUTTAL: Why do we need to let the people know the positive and the negative side? Instead, why shouldn’t we give the positive side to avoid arguments? Arguments cause trouble. Sometimes this may also lead to conflicts. To avoid conflicts, why not give the right facts about the issue. It doesn’t matter anymore on the wrong side; it will just make clean paper so messy.

7. Open to Question/Discussion
* to think over, validity of certain argument about which is the truth

REBUTTAL: Some debaters don’t really honestly research the question; they just believe the answer other people who agree to it. But why should we ask questions? If they will discuss the answer are you already contented? To make the story short, why don’t you just accept the fact? Asking question is ok, but what if their answers are not accurate? It’s not nice to pretend Mr. /Ms. know it all. What we believe is true, will set our mind free. How can we assure that what they believe is true, is really true? If you start to believe what is real then that’s it. Nowadays, seldom people know the truth and tell the truth.
